The Platform also has allows patients ("Users", "You", "Patient") to access and understand Spry Therapeutics' exercise programs through virtual guidance and monitoring provided by the Platform's features.
Patients and Providers are responsible for determining uses and disclosures of patient medical information maintained in on the Platform, in accordance with their legal and professional responsibilities as health care professionals and state and federal medical privacy laws, including the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA").
